  •  Savory Pioneer Pie: Slow roasted brisket mixed with vegetables in a beef gravy topped with buttery mashed potatoes. 18 
  •  Mrs. Stanley's BBQ Chicken: Roasted chicken breast finished with housemade stone fruit BBQ sauce, Utah's famous funeral potatoes, black bean-corn salsa. 22
